ATTENTION:
The Victorian bay window (50350) is unfortunately no longer in production. An additional patrician window (50170) with two narrow MDF strips is supplied as a replacement. These can be used to reduce the window cut-out so that the patrician window can be installed in the side wall of the Villa Tara. The price of the building element set has been reduced accordingly.

The full-length balcony is part of the Villa Tara's MDF panel kit, which can be attached as an option. The balcony railing (2 x 70320), the railing end posts (1 x 70210), the balcony corner pillars (#70300) and the white roof gable with the "Mini Mundus crown" (special design) are not included in the scope of delivery.

Hint:
If an interior panelling is required for the roof dormers, which are not included in the scope of delivery, it must be measured and cut to size individually. For the construction of the inner lining we recommend the strip #70541.

Scope of supply:

This construction kit includes all of the wood panels for walls, floors and roof surfaces made from MDF Material (Medium Density Fiber panels) for building the "Villa Tara". The panels are already provided with all of the cut-outs for windows, doors and staircase and the grooves for the walls and cable ducts. Therefore, no additional sawing work is required.

Set of building components (# 90220):
The matching components (7 windows, 10 doors and a staircase) are included in the set of building components (# 90220), but they are NOT included in this MDF construction kit.
