This is how our reviews are created

On 28 May 2022, the Omnibus Directive amended the Unfair Competition Act (UCA). Among other things, new information obligations were introduced to ensure the authenticity of customer reviews.

From 28.05.2022, companies that advertise with reviews must inform whether they use verification mechanisms to authenticate them. If this is the case, the second step is to provide information about which verification mechanisms these are.

In this shop, only verified buyers can submit reviews. This means that it is checked whether the product was actually purchased. Reviews without a customer account or without a login are not possible.
