Terms of revocation

Right of revocation

You have the right to revoke this contract within 30 days without giving reasons. If you use the installment payment ("installment payment powered by PayPal"), the revocation period is 14 days; see the chapter "Special notices" at the end of the revocation instructions.

The revocation period begins upon receipt of these written terms of revocation, however not before the consignee has received the goods (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and not before we have fulfilled our obligation to provide information in accordance with Article 246, Section 2 in connection with Section 1(1) and (2) EGBGB (Introductory Act to the German Civil Code) and our duties and obligations in accordance with Section 312g (1)1 BGB (German Civil Code) in connection with Article 246, Section 3 EGBGB.

Purchase of vouchers:

I agree explicitly that you start before the end of the withdrawal period with the execution of the contract. I am aware that I lose by this consent my withdrawal right.

You can use the model withdrawal form which is not mandatory, however.

The timely dispatch of the notice of revocation or the item shall be sufficient to comply with the period of revocation.

Consequences of revocation

In the event of an effective revocation, all goods and services received by both parties shall be returned and, if applicable, any benefits received (e.g. interest) shall be reimbursed. If you are unable to return the received goods, services and benefits (e.g benefits of use) in whole, or if you are only able to return them in part or in a deteriorated condition, you shall be obligated to compensate us for the loss in value in this regard. With regard to the deterioration of the item and any benefits received, you shall only be obligated to compensate for the loss in value if said deterioration is attributable to the item being handled in a way that goes beyond merely testing its properties and functionality. “Testing properties and functionality” means testing and trying out the item in question as is possible and normal practice in a retail shop.

You are obligated to bear the costs of returning the items.

All payment obligations must be fulfilled within 14 days. For you, this period begins once you have sent your notice of revocation or dispatched the item and, for us, upon receipt of the item.

You can revoke your contract within 14 days without giving reasons. The period begins after conclusion of the contract, but only after you have received all mandatory information in accordance with § 492 paragraph 2 BGB (e.g. information on the type of loan, information on the net loan amount (cash payment price), information on the contract term). You have received all mandatory information if it is contained in the copy of your application or in the copy of the contract document or the contract document intended for you and you have been provided with such a document. You may be informed subsequently on a durable data carrier of any compulsory information not included in the contract text; the revocation period shall then be one month. You must be informed again of the beginning of the revocation period by means of the mandatory information that has been provided subsequently.

The timely dispatch of the revocation is sufficient to comply with the revocation period if the declaration is made on a permanent data carrier (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail).

Revocation consequences

If you have already concluded the instalment transaction, you must revoke the instalment transaction within 30 days at the latest and pay the agreed debit interest for the period between conclusion of the contract and declaration of revocation. The period begins with the dispatch of the declaration of revocation. For the period between conclusion of the contract and declaration of revocation, an interest amount of 0.25 Euro per day shall be payable in the event of full utilisation of the instalment transaction. This amount shall be reduced accordingly if the instalment transaction was only partially utilized.

You are obligated to bear the costs of returning the items.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days of the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract at the latest. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before expiry of the period of fourteen days.
